Construction project Phase II final bill. $52,960
Posts at walkway: Discussed the posts at the walkways to the north side. These need to be replaced.
Gutters front of the building: Rusted through, creating Icy conditions. Replace, but really need a roof over the new driveway and existing front roof to fix the issue. Melissa to get a gutter quote.
Painting outside of the building: Discussed getting paint colors on west side of building to determine what color building should be and then how to fund the painting project.
Painting kitchen: We have the paint, need to paint with a moisture barrier sealer first. When? No date discussed.
Floors in front entrance: Need to hire company to refinish. Price is $1,25 per sqft and there is about 1500 sqft. We will contract as the really needs refinished.
Snow removal: Will put out to bid on web site and FB page. 2 weeks to respond. Bids close 2/22/23.
Walk-in Cooler Repair: Will keep refilling freon as needed as the complete repair is over $4,000.
ADA Signage: We ordered signs, but need posts. Will purchase posts when weather is nicer and will paint parking spaces in spring.
Events: Discussed Fish Fry extensively, need to make sure we have help lined up for different jobs or we may need to cancel event in future. It takes a lot of time to put on this event with the limited amount of workers we have.
